  • What if I need my clothes on urgent basis?
    We provide a ‘ fastrack ‘ services where you can get your clothes on the same day by paying some extra charges.
  • Do I need to separate my clothes before giving?
    Our pick up riders will do the sorting of clothes but we encourage you to provide us special care instructions for special garments, color bleeding possibilities, type of services you want or any other important instructions.
  • Does Dry cleaning/wet cleaning process remove all the stains?
    Stain removal depends on various factors like, the type of stain, how old it is, how many times it has been processed previously, the colour and material of the fabric. We, At Topwash, try our best to remove the stains without damaging the garment.
  • Is my membership/ packages transferable?
    No. Membership or packages are not transferable.
  • How many clothes are there in 1 kg?
    Although number of clothes varies depending on their weight but generally there are 3-4 clothes in 1 kg (Daily wear)
  • Can I ask for iron only services?
    Yes, you can.
  • Do you wash undergarments (UG)?
    Yes, we do wash undergarments separately with anti-bacterial; anti-fungal and anti-microbial solutions and we charge them on per piece basis and not on weight basis. Undergarments are taken as wash only and not ironed.
  • Is there any minimum order size?
    There is no minimum order size as such but we expect customer to understand not to schedule a pick up or delivery for very less number of clothes that too for a very far away location from our store. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee if we cannot achieve a scale of economics with respect to order value and location.
  • What are prepaid packages and what is its validity?
    TOPWASH offers different pre-paid plans which enables customer to avail our service at discounted rates. Our plans are customized to suit customer need depending on the services and its frequency. The best feature of our packages is they do not have any expiry date.
  • What if any of my cloth gets damaged / lost in the process?
    Generally there is no possibility for this to happen, but to give confidence to our customers we assure them that in case of any such incident, we will reimburse up to a maximum of 5 times the processing cost of the garment to the customer only in TOPWASH Prepaid account.
  • What If I refer somebody, will I get a discount?
    We shall be thankful to you if you refer us to any of your friends/family/acquaintance. As a token of appreciation from our side we will give you and your referral a discount coupon which you can use when you avail our services. However, please note that the coupon is valid only after the person you referred uses our service.
